Welcome back to #ThinkCreateReflect Friday! This is a chance for us to take a little break and do something creative, or think outside the box, and maybe even find a new source of inspiration along the way!

This week, naturally, we’re thinking about Halloween. And that means costumes! Did you know that in some cultures/belief systems, the practice of wearing a costume is intended to help focus your intentions? In other words, you dress up as the type of person you want to become, and that helps you focus your goal-setting powers and put your wishes out into the Universe to make that costume vision become a reality. (Kinda puts a new twist on that zombie cheerleader costume you were planning this year, eh?)

In that spirit, I thought it would be fun to take a minute to think about how you would dress up if you were becoming the ideal version of yourself as a business owner. What would that look like?

Take a minute to sketch it out in your journal (or make a list of attributes and accessories, if you’re not the sketching type). What would your Ideal Biz-Owner Self look like? What would she wear?

– A time management cape that shields you from all outside distractions?

– Laser-beam vision that hones your focus on the best ways to grow your biz?

– Super-strength endurance to weather any storm and come out stronger on the other end?

– Power Gloves that enable you to provide help to your community and the world through your eco-friendly efforts and empowering employment skills?

This year, why not put some positive intention into the Universe, and try on a new kind of costume?

We’d love to see your creations! Snap a photo and share it on Twitter or Instagram with the tag #ThinkCreateReflect!
